We are pleased to announce the release of the officialALBATROS Project Brochure.

This document represents a strategic roadmap for our current phase. We are now transitioning from initial research concepts to real-world application. Consequently, the brochure visually outlines the15 validation exerciseswe currently conduct across Europe. It transforms complex safety methodologies into an accessible, visual format.

Inside the Brochure

The publication details our four distinct validation methods. These range from controlled laboratory tests to full-scale airport simulations. Furthermore, it provides technical insights into the specific challenges we address to secure the future of aviation.

By downloading this guide, you gain access to illustrated case studies, such as:

  • Climate Resilience (Demo 12):We analyze data to help airport operators adapt. They must manage risks from extreme weather events and shifting meteorological patterns.

  • Cockpit Innovation (Demo 3):We validate new Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI). These systems assist pilots during critical hydrogen and electric engine emergencies.

  • Ground Response (Demo 10):We coordinate drones and tactical teams. Together, they execute live-fire drills to manage hazards from new energy sources.

  • System Health (Demo 5):We conduct laboratory testing of predictive monitoring systems. These tools detect anomalies within electric power networks.

Validation Environments

To ensure our results are robust, we test in diverse operational settings. The project operates through several key trial networks. Some of our primary locations include:

  • Live operational demonstrationsatRotterdam The HagueandAthens International Airport.

  • Specialized emergency trainingatENSOSP(Aix-en-Provence).

  • Climate impact analysisacross 9 European regions, includingRome Fiumicino.

Ultimately, this document is a vital resource for industry stakeholders. It visualizes the practical steps ALBATROS takes to enhance resilience throughout the aviation ecosystem.
